Daytona

We headed to Daytona Beach to spend the weekend with Nanny and Paw and to also see the kids Great grandparents.

Since Dad and Karen are remodeling there kitchen they have been staying in a condo directly on daytona Beach. We had a great time playing in the sand, the water was really rough in the Atlantic so we just kind of ran in and out. Chuck and Jane had come down for a quick visit so we all had a BBQ on the pool deck. It is always great to see everyone and catch up.

This weekend I caught a glimpse at how grown up Michaela has become, she was very independent and didn't seem to mind all the adult talk! She had her Ipod and just danced and sang. We did a quick run to Toys r us and Flynn got a new potty chair!, and Michaela picked out a boy baby doll (maybe my little girl isn't growing up as fast as I thought).

The highlight of the trip was just hanging out and laughing at nothing!
