Wow, I have really lapsed in my blogging! So much has happened since my last blog. The kids and I had a wonderful Christmas, Mic and Flynn enjoyed all of the festivites including our freezing visit to ICE, we have made it a tradition to visit the beautiful display every year, but for some reason this year was super fun. We invited our special freinds the Lausiers to join us,since we went on a mOnday evening it was not crowded and all of the kids had a blast going down the ice slides over and over again... after and hour of this I started worrying about Flynn's hands (he refused to wear his little gloves) and began to worry that in true Burgess style Flynn would be the first child in history to get frost bite in Central Florida! (he didnt)
Michaela spent the first part of christmas holiday with her dad and enjoyed moving into there new home in Celebration.
Christmas morning looked like an add for Toy's r Us. santa was really good to the kids, flynn loves, loves, loves, his train table and Michaela said she couldnt decided if her fave gift was her American girl doll or her new Wii! My mom who spent Christmas with us bought me a new pink bike with a child seat, so i cant wait to get out there and chase Michaela on her bike.
Christmas afternoon we headed to Daytona to visit my dad, step mom and brother Ian.. as usual Karen but out a christmas spread to rival Martha Stewart.. Ian did the cooking and it was amazingly great! the highlight of the holiday was watching Mic and her cousin Keelyn enjoy eachother's company (poor Flynn was sick all day Christmas with a hihg fever and cough)!
