The stars must of aligned just perfectly for us to be able to pull of the great nanny birthday caper (with dads help). I was actually scheduled to be off on Sunday so the kids and i baked nanny a fun fruit pizza and made a Greek salad. The kids had worked all week on homemade stepping stones, and Michaela made nanny a special scrap book with all kinds of special touches!
The kids rang the door bell and when she answered the door she was happily surprised to see Mic and Flynn! We tried to be so quiet as we walked up the driveway, but everyone knows the Burgess clan is not known for stealth mode!It was a fun, relaxing day for nanny which makes everyone happy!
